Jean-François Berne Production offers sophrology audio files in MP3 format, compatible with computers, audio players, and mobile phones.
Product prices are displayed in USD ($) or GBP (£) on the product pages. Additional currency conversion fees may apply depending on your payment provider.
All audio files are provided in MP3 format.
Taxes: Prices are exclusive of VAT or other applicable sales taxes. Customers outside France may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or fees, which are the buyer's responsibility.
2. Product Delivery
After payment, a download link will be sent via email, providing access to the product. Customers may re-download the products as many times as they wish.
To place an order, the customer must complete an online order form, confirm the purchase, and proceed with payment.

All payments are processed securely in USD ($) or GBP (£). Additional fees may apply for currency conversion depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

You may request a full refund for these products within 30 days of purchase, starting from the date of purchase.
The refund is granted without conditions: customers do not need to provide a reason to receive a refund.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours by our customer service team.

Once the refund has been processed, funds may take 5-10 days to appear in your account (processing time due to Stripe and Paypal conditions that process the payment and refunds).
